Order here the construction plans for your replica of the 4 Cylinder Boxer Engine!
The construction plan consists of eight sheets of the format DIN -A3 with the representation of the individual parts, as well as two sheets of the same format with the views or section of the complete engine. Furthermore, a six-page building description in DIN A4 format is available.
Also included are parts lists of all parts. Additionally, supplier addresses of e.g. ball bearings, gears and valve springs included.
The plan is very precise and shows all parts in an understandable form.
However, a lathe and milling machine is necessary!

The engine is a multi-cylinder 4-stroke glow igniter, which was developed by myself. Except for the carburetors, no parts from other engines were used, each component is my own design.
The engine is air-cooled and operates with mixed lubrication (methanol and synthetic oil). It is designed as an aircraft engine, but is not based on any particular model.
