The construction plans
Scope of delivery
Each of the three construction plans available consists of six format DIN A3 sheets with a presentation
of the individual parts as well as two sheets in the same format with the views i.e. cross-section of the
complete engines. In addition there is are several pages of specifications containing part lists of all
parts. There are also suppliers addresses listed for e.g. ball bearings, cogwheels or valve springs.
The plans are very precise and show all parts in a comprehensible form.
The plan for the 5-cylinder radial engine consists of 12 DIN A4 drawing sheets, additionally
the bill of materials and construction information.
Many feedbacks including photos of engines constructed by customers confirm that they
have been successfully reproduced. However, a lathe and milling machine is necessary for the manufacture.

Advises
Great emphasis was placed on being able to construct the parts on conventional machine tools. A CNC-milling machine
was, however, very helpful in the making of the cam discs for the two radial engines. Furthermore, the two camshafts
for the V-12 engine, which both consist of one piece, were manufactured on a copy grinder. Should you have any
further questions after receipt of the construction plans, or more information is required, I will do my best to deal
with this as quickly as possible.
